Quality Of Life Update!

MOUSE CURSOR: I have enabled the mouse cursor on all menu pop-ups (IE: Start Screen, when you die, etc)
LEVEL OBJECTIVES: The Moons that power the Hive Planet's shield is more noticeable now (levels 1-4 )
PLAYER HEALTH: Player Shield color is now "more rich" and noticeable on the players ship. Blue, Pinkish, Red, Blackish. Your shield strength will decrease every 3 points of damage you take. Once it is blackish.... you have one more hit until death. FIND A SHIELD POWERUP!
HIGH SCORE: The High Score will now update properly when you COMPLETE a level. For example, If the current High Score is 1000 points and you start the level with 100 points, you will need to score 1001 points AND complete the level to take over the High Score. If you get 1,000,000 points but don't complete the level (die), your score goes back to 100 points. You must try again!
